2. Website information
Website content is informational. Scope, availability, deliverables, final price and travel costs are set out in a written offer or contract. “From” prices are not a binding offer for every project.
3. Requests and contracts
A form, message or scheduling request does not automatically create a contract. Work starts after the scope, price, timing and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
4. PARADIM Manager 24/7
The calculator provides estimates based on the data supplied. It does not replace accounting, tax or food-technology review. Users remain responsible for data accuracy and decisions made from the result.
5. Intellectual property
PARADIM Operations copy, visual identity, tools and materials may not be commercially copied, republished or distributed without written consent, except where permitted by law.
6. Liability
I take reasonable steps to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Liability for services is governed by the applicable contract and law.
7. Complaints and disputes
Please send complaints to the contact address first. Consumers may consult Romania’s National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its Alternative Dispute Resolution information.
