Data protection
Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
This policy explains, clearly and concisely, which data may be processed when you visit paradim.ro or contact PARADIM Operations.
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is Paul Nemeșu, through the PARADIM Operations brand. For any question about personal data, email contact@paradim.ro or call +40 724 661 555.
2. Data we may process
- Data you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company and message when you contact us.
- PARADIM Operations Assistant conversations: the questions and information you choose to enter are sent to the AI technology provider so that a response can be generated.
- Technical and usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, visit source and approximate location, only when you consent to Google Analytics.
- Technical security data: logs required to deliver, protect and operate the site.
- PARADIM Manager 24/7 recipes: recipe names, ingredients, quantities, prices and preferences are stored only in your browser on your device. PARADIM Operations does not receive recipe contents through the current calculator workflow. To enforce the cumulative allowance, only a random technical recipe identifier is sent to the database, without the recipe name or contents.
- PARADIM Manager 24/7 access: your email address, first registration and last-access dates, optional news consent, campaign source, a random session identifier, the hashed access token and the cumulative recipe-use count. Ingredients, prices and recipe results are not stored in our database.
- PARADIM Manager 24/7 statistics: visits, completed calculations, recipes saved locally, PDF guide downloads, Excel exports and analysis requests. The session identifier contains no email address, name or IP address.
The site has no user accounts and no traditional contact form. PARADIM Manager 24/7 asks for an email address to activate access and send the PDF guide by email, without a password or account. Marketing messages are sent only if you select the separate news option. Do not enter passwords, bank details, national identification numbers, medical data or other sensitive information into the assistant.
3. Why we use the data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to enquiries and preparing a possible engagement | Steps requested before entering into a contract |

| Occasional PARADIM Operations news | Separate, optional consent |

| Compliance with legal obligations | Legal obligation |
4. Who may receive the data
Data may be processed, only as necessary, by our hosting, database, security, email and telecommunications providers, including the provider that sends the transactional PDF-guide message, and, after your consent, by Google Analytics. Email addresses entered in PARADIM Manager 24/7 are not sent to Google Analytics. PARADIM Operations Assistant messages are processed by OpenAI to generate a response. According to OpenAI's public API data information, API content is not used to train models unless the account owner explicitly opts in. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using the legal mechanisms applicable to international transfers.
5. How long we keep the data
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months after the last conversation.
- Contractual data: for the periods required by applicable law.
- PARADIM Operations does not save assistant conversation history in this version. Requests are sent with application storage disabled. OpenAI may retain abuse-prevention logs for up to 30 days under its API policy.
- Analytics data: according to Google Analytics settings; analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of six months.
- PARADIM Manager 24/7 registrations: until consent is withdrawn or for up to 24 months after the last access. News consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Your rights
Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may withdraw PARADIM Manager 24/7 registration or news consent by contacting us. Analytics consent can be withdrawn through the Cookie settings button without affecting earlier processing.
Send requests to contact@paradim.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
7. Automatically generated recommendations
The PARADIM Operations Assistant provides initial guidance and may suggest a service based on the information entered. It does not make legally binding decisions and does not replace an assessment by Paul Nemeșu. Any commercial proposal is confirmed separately by a person.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated when site features or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date remain available on this page.
